A Pricing Model Built to
Earn Your Business Every Month.
Month to month with a 30-day out. You set the hours and adjust them as your priorities change. You own everything we build. And you are never billed for what you did not get.
Hours × hourly rate. That’s the whole invoice. No onboarding fee, no cancellation fee.
Ongoing Partner Support:
Month to Month

Prove Us First:
The Proof Cycle
Billing on the Proof Cycle. You’re invoiced on the day of the kickoff call, on net-30 terms, so nothing is due until well after the two weeks are done. Whatever you decide at the end, everything we built stays yours.
Twenty hours, ten a week for two weeks, at $75 an hour, half our Salesforce month-to-month rate. Same team, same process, same scored designs a full client gets. Keep everything we build.

Before You Fix Anything:
The Blueprint
Your whole revenue operation mapped end to end, every gap confirmed and quantified in your own numbers, before you spend a dollar fixing it.
On-site, every stakeholder interviewed, every process mapped and every finding tethered to the step it lives on. Once we agree on the plan, the same team builds it, month to month or as a project.
The Same Team.
The Same Cadence.
Proof Cycle, month-to-month, or project: the team and the cadence are the same. Only the hours change.
Owns the design and the score on every unit of work.
Builds the committed work in your instance. The same architect and expert every week, with the full platform team behind them.
Review, plan, commit to a hard date with your stakeholders. Recorded, transcribed, recapped by email.
A dedicated Slack channel answered by the people doing the work, not a ticket queue.
Every task and its status, updated through the week. No black box.
Every solution scored for effectiveness before it’s built and re-scored against your live data after.
The Questions
People Actually Ask.
If yours isn't here, we'll answer it on the call.
Is there a minimum term?
No long-term contract. Month to month is a 40-hour block that cancels on 30 days’ notice. Projects start at 10 hours. A Proof Cycle is ten hours a week for two weeks, one per client, and then it’s your decision.
What happens after a Proof Cycle?
Nothing, unless you want it to. Clients who continue usually go month-to-month at the standard rate. If you don’t, you keep every solution we built, the scorecards, the documentation and the recordings.
Are there onboarding or cancellation fees?
Never. The only line on an invoice is hours times the rate on this page.
How does billing work on a Proof Cycle?
You’re invoiced on the day of the kickoff call, on net-30 terms, so nothing is due until well after the two weeks are done. Whatever you decide at the end, everything we built stays yours. Month-to-month and project work run on 30-day terms, so the exit is always near.
Do you bill the architect and the implementation expert separately?
No. If the architect and the implementation expert are both on a call, you are billed one hour, not two. One blended rate covers the architect, the implementation expert and the team behind them, and the design, build and verification time on a unit all count toward the same hours.
Who owns the work?
You do. Everything we build lives in your Salesforce or HubSpot org and is yours, during the engagement and after it.
How fast can a Proof Cycle start?
Within a week of the call, in most cases. We build inside your instance, so the only setup is access and a first planning call. If you need it faster, ask: depending on the team’s availability we can sometimes start the same week.
How do you invoice?
Monthly, net 30. A Proof Cycle is invoiced on the day of the kickoff call, also net 30, so nothing is due until well after the two weeks are done.
Will you sign our NDA?
Yes, if you need one. Every engagement runs on our standard agreement, which you’ll see before anything starts.
