Audit Your Own CRM Features.
Point by Point.

Three feature checklists: 61 points for Salesforce, 65 for Account Engagement (Pardot), 101 for HubSpot. Each is built from the platform’s official documentation. Work through them on the page, free, with no form. Download the PDF if you want a copy for the team.

✓  227 check points in total
✓  Built from official documentation
✓  Read on the page, no form

Every point is a feature the platform already gave you. The checklist tells you whether you’re using it.

Three Platforms. Every Feature.
One Question Each.

Each tool walks the platform’s feature set as the official documentation lays it out and asks the same question of every item: are you using it? Answer each one and you have a gap list.

Salesforce Feature Checklist & Audit Tool

HubSpot Feature Checklist & Audit Tool

How to use them

From Checklist
to Gap List.

Step 1

Work the list.

Open the tool for your platform and go feature by feature. Each point is a yes-or-no question with a plain-language note on what the feature does and, on HubSpot, what the Starter tier leaves out.

Step 2

Count the no’s.

Every “no” is a feature you already pay for and aren’t using. Some are irrelevant to how you sell; cross those out. What’s left is your gap list, in the platform’s own order.

Step 3

Decide who fixes it.

Fix the easy ones yourself. For the rest, bring the list to a Proof Cycle: we score each item for effectiveness before building it and ship the first fixes inside two weeks (ten hours a week, $1,500 on Salesforce, $1,100 on HubSpot), and you keep everything we build.
